The Bedfordshire and Luton Local Resilience Forum (www.bllrf.org.uk) - was formed in 2004. It brings together the emergency services, local authorities, National Health Service and other agencies (including the voluntary sector) which are all required to respond to any major emergency in Bedfordshire and Luton. Emergencies may include flooding, terrorism, the effects of extreme weather, transport disasters or pandemic influenza.
The Forum have launched a new website, 'What would you do if..?' at www.whatwouldyoudoif.co.uk which will help our community feel more prepared in the face of an emergency.
